Many of you have been helped through Chiropractic care for spinal issues as well as hip, knee, ankle, and shoulder issues, etc.
I have practiced chiropractic since 1988, but starting in 2013 I had the opportunity to train with Dr. Dan Pompa on methods to help people combat cellular inflammation, which is now becoming known as a precursor of most diseases that can eventually result in chronic illnesses (see drpompa.com, go to CHTV podcasts and search for episode #108, where I am interviewed after doing a 22-day water-only fast).
So in addition to chiropractic, I have had the pleasure of health coaching some of you as well as others around the USA with strategies of detoxification for anything from heavy metals, environmental toxins, mold toxicity, to parasites and more (attached is a sample of a toxicity report on heavy metals, environmental toxins, and molds). Most, if not all, of us have these interferences in our bodies. For many, we may feel OK, yet as these toxins build up creating cellular inflammation, our well health breaks down. Once they have been bound up and removed, it is only then that our immune system can work properly. This is not from a simple liver detox. Think of it as a marathon to heal, not a sprint.
In this process, for some of you it has been a reviewing of past lab reports and/or ordering comprehensive labs to evaluate potential areas that need to be supported nutritionally.
Some of you have ventured into the detoxing protocols with the fasting strategies, vitamin/supplements, nutritional support for weight loss, and lifestyle habits that needed to be addressed. It has to be an all-encompassing approach to help people improve their health.
With the above-mentioned, combined with daily stress, limited sleep, improper eating habits, inactive lifestyle, and excess weight, your body will lack the capacity to heal and function properly.
